To process a damaged order we require photos of the damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number so that we can quickly work to replace it. Unlit candles may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Proper candle care can extend the life of your candle. We recommend trimming wicks to one-quarter inch before each burn to prevent soot from forming and help your candle burn cleanly. Burning time should not exceed 2 hours.

Our candles are made with a blend of coconut and soy wax, some of the finest fragrances and colors available, hemp wicks, glass vessels, and bamboo lids.

With all small-batch candles, burn time varies by candle size and batch, but you should expect roughly 50 hours of burn time for a large Bougie (10 oz) and 15 hours for a small Bougie (4 oz) size. We recommend not burning your candles for more than two hours at a time.

Our candle scents are proprietary blends from local purveyors. We blend our own scents and occasionally use pre-blended fragrances. We are also exploring the use of essential oils for future offerings.

Our candle wax is organic and free from artificial preservatives. The fragrances and dyes we use are phthalate-free. The wicks are hemp and the lids are bamboo. Vessels are glass and metal, dishwasher safe, and reusable.

Our candle containers are robust glass and dishwasher-safe so they can be easily cleaned and reused. Large Bougie vessels make great drinking glasses, and both small and large sizes can be used for home organization, plants, or whatever you like!

At this time, we sell directly to customers via our website and at in-person events. Our products are also available in select local venues. In the future, we would love to offer our products on a wholesale basis. Interested stockists, please contact us!

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burning time should not exceed two hours. Make sure the wax has cooled thoroughly before replacing the lid. Trim wicks often to avoid soot buildup.
