Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 in the continental U.S. Our current lead time is 5-10 days for shipping to reach you. We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged please contact us.  To process a damage claim we must receive photos of the damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number so we can quickly work to replace it.

When we offer free shipping options, it will be shipped via the least expensive carrier, which might result in increased shipping time.

Returns policy

Unlit candles may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. This includes exchanges.
